Making yourself feel good.

  
In my previous post I spoke about how you can take baby steps to make yourself feel better. If I feel a bit down about anything I'll make plans with special people in my life in so that I have something to look forward to in the coming days, almost to "get me through". 
In the week I made plans to go to the cinema to watch the new twilight film (it was amazing might I add). So after a morning of stressful college work and university applications I had a long and hot shower and then set about getting ready. Now my local cinema isn't anything special, so I didn't need to really dress up for the occasion, but I figured that it would be a great opportunity for me to look in the mirror and feel good. A big part of making sure I feel good is feeling relaxed, therefore giving yourself enough time and listen to some relaxing music, soft lighting and a lovely smelling candle or two.
