home from home;
As I mentioned in my last post, I like to be cosy, That's something that I had in mind when I was choosing how I wanted my room to look and surprisingly I'm really impressed with how it's turned out. It's taken me a good few weeks to get things how I want them; I still quite fancy a bigger rug because the tiny pink shower mat isn't quite doing itself justice! I'm not saying that my room is how I'd want it to be if I had full creative control (eg, the curtains are vile and everything is a bit dilapidated. But, for the price that I'm paying I don't mind too much. That being said, I can't wait until next year when we move in to our shared house because we can make it so much more homely and put more of our own stamp on things.
Putting your own stamp on a place is probably the best feeling. It isn't home until you make it home.
