I've been writing poetry for years, it does something to me that just makes me feel so passionate and happy. When I was going through my darkest hours it was my comfort, my only comfort. I'm not in that place anymore, and if it's taught me anything it's that writing is always going to be a huge part of my life. Therefore I'm taking the plunge and sharing one of my newest pieces; it's very personal and relates to a big part of my life which I have spoken about before, and no doubt will do at some point in the future.
